Publisher Network Lookup
Compare domains for shared ad accounts and tracking IDs using live ads.txt files and homepage tags.
Shows the evidence behind each match and separates direct accounts from resellers.
How to use this tool
This tool compares domains you enter for shared ad accounts and tracking IDs. Use it to check whether sites may be run by the same publisher.
- Enter up to 8 domains, one per line.
- Click Find Shared Publisher Signals. The tool reads each site's live ads.txt and homepage tags.
- Read the Shared Signals table, then the card for each domain.
- Click Export CSV to save the signals and their source.
What it checks
- IDs shared by two or more of the domains you entered, with the evidence strength and where it was found.
- For each domain: whether ads.txt was found and how many lines are DIRECT versus reseller.
- The owner and manager domains declared in ads.txt, if present.
- Tracking and ad tags detected on the homepage, with IDs where available.
- Domains that could not be read.
Questions
Will this find every site owned by one publisher?
No. It only compares the domains you enter. It does not search the web for other sites.
Does a shared ad account prove common ownership?
No. A possible match comes from an ads.txt DIRECT line, and ad managers can use one account across unrelated sites. Treat it as a lead, not proof.
What is ads.txt?
It is a public file at the root of a site that lists the ad systems and account IDs allowed to sell its ad space.
