- Service. RankWhy provides automated SEO, AEO and GEO analysis. Results come from public page data and AI models; they are not guarantees of rankings.
- Your account. Keep your sign-in and MCP keys safe; you are responsible for what is done with them. We may disable an account that breaks these terms.
- Acceptable use. Only check websites you own or may analyse. Do not use the service to attack, overload or scrape other sites, or to get around our limits.
- Your third-party keys. If you use your DataForSEO account, you are responsible for that account and its charges. We pass requests through and do not store the login.
- AI output. Analysis and suggestions can be wrong. Check them before you act or publish; you are responsible for what you publish.
- Price. The service is free during the beta. Paid plans will be announced on the pricing page before they apply.
- Availability. The service is provided as is, may change or stop, and has usage limits.
- Liability. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost revenue, rankings or data arising from use of the service.
- Intellectual property. The RankWhy name, design and code are ours. Your content and data stay yours.

- Governing law. India, courts of the operator's jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.
